Program Integrity
Grants are disbursed monthly into ELSS with a 3-year regulatory lock-in. Athletes must pass comprehension checks to unlock each month's grant. Engagement is tracked by AI, and spot audits verify learning. There is no quick cash-out path. Gaming 12 months of education for small monthly tranches is impractical by design.
Detailed anti-gaming measures and risk mitigation documentation is available on request for due diligence.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do we know athletes are real?
Every athlete is verified through government ID, athletic credentials (certificates, federation records, tournament results), and a ₹999 verification fee. Random samples receive manual review and spot audits.
How do we know they're actually learning?
Each module has a comprehension check. Athletes must pass to unlock their grant. Engagement is tracked throughout. Spot audits verify learning through brief human conversations.
What if athletes just take the money and run?
They can't. Grants are disbursed monthly (not lump sum), must be invested in ELSS within 7 days (auto-verified), and ELSS has a 3-year regulatory lock-in. There's no quick cash-out path.
What if the foundation misuses funds?
Right To Play Foundation is registered under the Indian Trusts Act with 12AB, 80G, and CSR-1 compliance. We're required to utilize 85% of funds for charitable purposes and undergo annual audits. Impact reports are shared with all partners.
Can we see outcomes before committing?
We're self-funding our first pilot of 30 athletes to prove the model. Early partners will have first access to impact data, sample reports, and direct connections with athletes in the program.
What's the minimum commitment?
₹25 lakhs annually (supports ~50 athletes). We can also discuss multi-year commitments for larger cohorts.
